We would like to start by thanking everyone for their incredible support given to the Wootton Park Team over the past year. It has been a difficult time for everyone, one of uncertainty and worry, but the response from our incredible couples, our amazing suppliers and awesome team has been staggering! Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts!
Updates…
Following the new year announcement from the Prime Minister that the country is once again in a full national lock-down, unfortunately weddings can currently only go ahead under exceptional circumstances. Thankfully we don’t have any couples who are due to get married in the next few weeks, but we are currently prioritising our couples who are due to get married in March and April and offering them support and guidance as much as we possibly can.
If your wedding is due to take place from May onwards, we urge you to please wait a little longer for more updates and guidance from the Government. It is still very early days and at the moment we are very hopeful that with the roll out of the vaccine and the current lock-down restrictions, things will be able to resume some form of normality soon. We had some good news from the Prime Minster recently that he expects weddings to be able to go ahead with more normality from Easter!
We completely understand that this is an incredibly difficult and worrying time for everyone, it’s important to remember that we are all in this together and we are doing everything we can to help and support everyone.
Postponements…
Due to the government restrictions, the Wootton Park Team are working tirelessly with all of our incredible couples who’s weddings have been affected by the lock down period and number restrictions.
Our advice to couples due to get married this year is firstly, please don’t panic! The most important thing is to remember all of the lovely reasons why you are getting married, leave the worrying to us!!
Much like the rest of the UK, we are anxiously awaiting further updates from the Government regarding what the increased restrictions may mean for smaller weddings. Please do bear in mind that we have received the same update from the PM as you and we are working extremely hard as a team to process this information and guide you in the best way possible. We are a small team and we are all working remotely, so please bear in mind that responses may be a little slower than you are used to because of this.

For our newly engaged couples looking for a venue.. CONGRATULATIONS!!
Following the new guidance, unfortunately we aren’t able to host a viewing of the venue in person. We would be happy to arrange a virtual viewing of the venue, where we will take you around and go through the flow of the day and answer any questions you may have.

We have also brought back the £500 refundable low deposit option to hold your dream date. All you need to do is get in touch, ask us to check the dates for you, we will then hold your preferred date until you’re able to come in. Drop us a message now for more details!
