Can I leave my car over night?
You can leave vehicles overnight at Wootton Park but make sure you arrange a taxi before arriving. Please collect vehicles before midday the following day.

Is the bar cashless?
The venue operates a cashless bar and we accept credit & debit cards with contactless payment, including apple & google pay. There is £100 limit on card payments per transaction and we don’t offer cashback.
Is there accommodation at Wootton Park or somewhere nearby to stay?
Farmhouse and Glamping pod accommodation is available at Wootton Park. Farmhouse accommodation should be booked through the bride & groom,

If you’re not staying at Wootton Park we recommend booking accommodation in Stratford upon Avon which is about 7 miles away.

What time can I check in?
Farmhouse & Bakehouse bedrooms, & glamping pods are normally available for check in from 4 pm.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast following a wedding is served at 9:30am for guests staying rooms and pods (where supplied) and you should check out of the accommodation following breakfast by 11am.
What should I do if I have a dietary requirement?
Please notify the happy couple if you have any special dietary requirements, including vegetarian, at least 14 days prior to the event, so they can let us know.
Can I bring confetti?
We only allow natural petals to be used for confetti. Due to our amazing wildlife we don’t allow paper or artificial confetti. Natural confetti can be purchased online from various companies including www.shropshirepetals.co.uk.
Confetti can be thrown after the ceremony in the outside lakeside ceremony area, inside the venue or on the large lawn area on the other side of the drive. Confetti should not be used on the venue patio.
Where can I smoke at the venue?
Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside, on the side patio and balcony. There is a smoking shelter near the bottom of the steps by the lower car park.
Is the venue wheelchair and pushchair friendly?
Yes, most of the venue is on one level and there is a ramp to access the venue from the car park. There is a disabled toilet in the venue. See the Access page for further details.
Can I bring my own drink?
It’s illegal to bring your own alcohol into a licensed premises so visitors MUST NOT bring in their own alcohol. Anybody found doing so may be asked to leave the premises and the drink disposed of.
Please note no bottles or glasses of any sort are allowed into or out of the venue.
The venue has a fully licensed reasonably priced bar selling a wide range of lagers, local Purity beers, cider, wines & spirits.
Is it ok to take drugs?
We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy to drugs and anybody suspected of carrying or using drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately and the police may be called.
Do I need to bring a high chair?
We have 5 high chairs available, but it may be worth checking with the happy couple to se how many guests with babies are attending.
What time does the bar close?
On a Friday and Saturday the bar closes and the party finishes at midnight & the venue will close at 1am prompt (unless otherwise stated on your invite or the couples web page). On a weekday, Sunday to Thursday, the bar closes and the party finishes at 11pm and venue closes at midnight.
Will I need ID?
You will be asked for ID if you are lucky enough to look under age 25 so to avoid disappointment please bring photograph ID such as driving licence or passport. Any disruptive behaviour will result in the person responsible being barred from the premises until further notice.
Can I bring my pet?
The venue allows well behaved pets during the day. The bedrooms and pods are pet free zones. You are welcome to bring dogs to Wootton Park but you should arrange to have them collected as they can’t stay overnight.
Children
Please do not leave unaccompanied children on the mezzanine or near the lake. Parents and guardians are responsible for their safety whilst at Wootton Park. Please do not leave any children behind at the end of the evening!
Valuables
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle, Wootton Park cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Damages
Any items damaged or removed from the rooms will be chargeable and may be take from the damage deposit. We would be very grateful if you could bring to our attention any spillages or items which you find to be broken or not functioning correctly.
