Venue
The wedding barn and lakeside ceremony area have wheelchair access.
The disabled parking bay is conveniently located right next to the venue, with a low ramp to access the venue. Most of the venue is on one level including the extensive patio with paved path down to the lakeside ceremony area. The seating area by the lake is also paved allowing easy wheelchair and pushchair access. There is a small mezzanine and stage area in the venue which isn’t accessible by wheelchair but the main wedding barn is all on one level. The disabled toilet is conveniently located just inside the venue on the left as you come in under the balcony.
Accommodation
Bakehouse
There aren’t any fully disabled rooms but ‘Luxor’ bedroom is located on the ground floor in the Bakehouse and is the most easily accessible, although not a disabled room. Access is from the brick paved courtyard in front of the Farmhouse and Bakehouse, via the hallway. There is a shower room en-suite and the bed can be a twin or super king. The minimum door width clearance is 66cm and the shower door width is 50cm. Breakfast is served in the Farmhouse.
Farmhouse
Unfortunately the Farmhouse is not accessible by wheelchair, there are three shallow stone steps up to the front door and two steps down into the dining room. Staff would be happy to assist if required. There is a lounge on the ground floor and all the bedrooms are on the first floor.
Glamping Pods
None of the Glamping Pods are wheelchair accessible. All except for the TreePods are located at ground level but there is a step or two up to the decking and to enter the pod there is a high door cill.
